Hello, my name is François Rochon, and I am pleased to welcome you to my website dedicated to discovering the Riviera Maya, an exceptional region that deeply impacted me from my very first visit.
Since my retirement in 2024, I have chosen to dedicate myself to a project I am passionate about: helping others discover this paradise and assisting those who wish to settle, invest, or simply stay here.
In 2022, I fulfilled a dream by purchasing a property in Playa del Carmen. This personal experience allowed me to truly understand the steps and realities of buying real estate in Mexico. I am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate certification (Sedentus) to provide even more structured and professional guidance.
As a temporary resident, I spend about six months per year in Mexico. This regular presence allows me to develop strong local knowledge and a network of trusted professionals (brokers, notaries, property managers, contractors, etc.).
